Shore Clean Express Car Wash and Auto Care Center is a family owned and operated business in Marmora, NJ. Since opening 24 years ago, Shore Clean has grown to have a large following of repeat, happy customers who have experienced only the best updates to our business. Our dedication to serving people is what sets up apart, and our knowledgeable staff members and mechanics provide a stress free experience for all.

Our business is operated by the Baker family lead by Charles Baker and his wife Regina. Chuck was born and raised in Philadelphia where he stayed until he was 18 years old. He moved to Ocean City, NJ and worked simultaneously laying asphalt, managing concessions stands at Gillian's Wonderland Pier, and owning a balloon business. Through the years, Chuck has used his business to teach his sons, Brandon and Cody, the same hard-working values by bringing them into the business at a young age. 

 

A car enthusiast himself, Chuck took an interest in opening the first ever automated car wash in Upper Township 24 years ago. Two years after, he added the two bay detailing center to provide even more possibilities for customers. In 2011, the express lube and auto care center was opened and Shore Clean Express continued to grow.

Every year Shore Clean Express gives back to the local community by donating to the American Legion, Toys for Tots, and other charitable organizations. It is important for the Baker family to not only serve their customers, but also serve their community.
